  Привет! По вашей ситуации с шумом от арок — типичная история. На практике чаще всего причина не только в подкрылках, а в полости за подкрылком плюс проводники шума через кузовные элементы. Диагностируется просто: на ходу слушаешь, как меняется характер гула при повороте — если да, значит резонирует кузовщина.
  
  Схема работ такой: демонтируешь локер, обезжириваешь поверхность, монтируешь вибродемпфер с высоким коэффициентом потерь и обязательно прикатываешь роликом для адгезии. Сверху — шумопоглотитель, желательно с закрытой ячейкой, иначе наберёт воду.   По эффекту: ожидай уменьшение гула на 40-60%, точные цифры зависят от состояния кузова. Важно — не экономь на прикатке, иначе отвалится к весне.
